In this role, you will be part of the Platform team and responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality software that has a direct impact on the company's product. About The Role Design and implement scalable platform features Author software functional specifications and design documents Quickly understand complex systems/code and own key pieces of the system, including delivered quality Design and implement scalable algorithms Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in a distributed computing environment Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code Work alongside Site Reliability Engineers and cross‑functional teams to diagnose & troubleshoot any production performance related issues Work with Java, Golang, and Python; systems built on Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, TimescaleDB, and GCP (Stackdriver, GCS, Cloud Composer, AI Platform) About You 4‑6 years experience developing highly scalable, distributed applications, products, and services in Java or similar languages Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycles Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality Proficient in software development using CICD pipelines and Git Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and database technologies Experience in SaaS platform development with scale Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Work Location Mountain View, CA – Hybrid Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary (anticipated base salary range: $145,000 to $182,000 annually) Equity and benefits may be included Comprehensive healthcare benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave Quarterly Harness TGIF‑Off / 4 days Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team‑building events Recharge & Reset Program Monthly internet reimbursementCommuter benefits A valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
