**Welder****Job Description**+ 1st shift 7:30am-4:00pm M-F+ 24.00-35.00 per hour**Job Objectives:**+ Following the production orders, prepare parts and weld components into assemblies+ Execute welds in accordance with company's procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards+ Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality**Hard Skills**+ At least 3-5 years experience+ Experience with certifications in welding in accordance with ASME standard+ Ability to read and apply WPS, and read drawings/blueprints+ Mig/Tig welding on Carbon Steel+ Blueprint utilization+ 3-5 years of welding/fabrication (cutting/punching/grinding)+ Experience welding pipe or Pressure vessels/pressure tanks.**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Delaware, Ohio.**Work Environment**+ Clean, comfortable, and organized work environment+ Welding and Machine Shop**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
