Colorado Behavior and Learning Group is a local woman owned business providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with a wide range of diagnoses and behaviors. CBLG specializes in individuals with complex behavioral challenges. CBLG provides transportation to and from ABA therapy sessions for individuals with transportation challenges.

We are seeking a driver for part time or full-time positions. Morning shift begins at 7 AM and ends at 10 AM. Afternoon shift begins at 2 PM and ends at 6 PM. Drivers may work both shifts (full time) or choose morning only shift (part-time). We are seeking individuals who are punctual, professional, and who enjoy interacting with children and teens.

Driver Responsibilities/Job duties:
* Transports individuals to and from home and the ABA center.
* Reports consistently to work as scheduled.
* Attends training and meetings.
* Completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections and logs as required.
* Ensures that all safety rules and regulations are followed.
* Reports mechanical mechanical issues to appropriate personnel.
* Maintains cleanliness and appearance of vans.
* Maintains up to date and accurate paperwork

Driver Requirements:
* Ability to provide a warm and caring attitude toward children and teens being transported.
* Ability to work well with children and parents from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
* Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with supervisors and coworkers.
* Ability to drive a large passenger van safely.
* Ability to communicate clearly.
* Must hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
* Must be professional, self-motivated, and energetic
* Must have current basic first aid and CPR or be willing to complete training set up and paid for by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
