Top 3-5 Requirements: • Lead Service Mapping initiatives using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules. • Architect and maintain accurate service maps for critical business applications and infrastructure. • Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to define service boundaries and dependencies. • Configure and deploy MID Servers across diverse environments (on-prem, cloud). • Develop and optimize Discovery Patterns, leveraging scripting and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. • Troubleshoot service mapping errors, validate MID Server connectivity, and ensure data integrity in the CMDB. • Utilize traffic-based discovery techniques including ML connection suggestions and cloud-native tagging. • Maintain and enforce Service Mapping roles and permissions (e.g., sm_admin, sm_user, sm_app_owner). • Document service mapping standards, processes, and training materials.
