Hardwick General Contracting is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to join our high-performance residential construction team in Central Florida. Learn more about us at: https://hardwickgc.com As our new Construction Project Coordinator, you'll be the glue between design, construction, and finance. You'll help organize and manage the flow of information from concept through build, working closely with company leadership, trade partners, and clients. Your contributions will directly support the success of every project we deliver. Responsibilities Coordinate the design development and preconstruction process from project setup through final budget handoff. Work with designers and clients to document specifications and selections using Construction Online (COL) and UDA Construction Suite. Organize and track all project documentation, including design drawings and specifications, subcontractor scopes, RFPs, proposals, and subcontracts, to ensure efficient management. Collaborate with the Operations team to manage schedule milestones and allocate resources effectively. Support the zoning and permitting process with local authorities and internal teams. Maintain and report budget data; push estimates to QuickBooks. Coordinate, update, and document selections, change orders, and schedules as needed. Complete daily project updates/logs in QuickBooks Time tracker, MS Office, and Construction Online. Conduct jobsite visits to ensure data and field performance align. Help maintain documentation for green building certifications when applicable. Ensure clients receive initial warranty documents and onboarding packets. Qualifications 3 or more years of direct experience in project coordination, and 5 or more years in residential construction overall. Custom or luxury residential experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and construction software (Construction Online, UDA, Procore, Buildertrend, etc.). Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to visit job sites and conduct on-site coordination. Clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Full-time position.
