As a Logistics Representative, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing all aspects of logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services. Key Duties: Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, shipment planning, and tracking. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory management processes. Monitor and optimize logistics costs, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or timelines. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to logistics operations. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Handle any logistics-related issues or delays promptly, taking appropriate actions to resolve them. Provide regular reports and updates on logistics operations to the management team. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics management. ::: Required/Desired Skills, Experience, and Education ::: {#job details ats requisition requirements} Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance. 5 or more years of related experience. Proven experience in logistics coordination. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and shipment planning. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in using logistics management software or systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work well under pressure. High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education: Experience working for a government or defense contractor.
