Sr. Principal Product Manager - Cloud and AI Networking Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next‑generation networking services including Oracle Acceleron. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OCI’s networking offerings, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of secure cloud and AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management within the cloud and AI networking domain, including experience launching and managing customer‑facing virtual networking services. Success in this position requires a customer‑centric mindset, strong business judgment, and exceptional analytical and negotiation skills. You should demonstrate the ability to develop strategic initiatives ason tasks in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Deeply understand customer needs and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy for cloud and AI networking services, maximizing business and customer impact. Partner closely with senior management and engineering teams to define and align with stakeholders on vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Develop product roadmaps in partnership with relevant product and engineering teams that execute on product vision and strategy. Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels, from technical audience to CxO. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in networking and cloud infrastructure. Strong technical background with product management experience in cloud and AI networking technologies (e.g., SmartNICs, RDMA, connectivity, virtualization). Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic alignment in a matrixed environment. Ability to seamlessly pivot between strategic and tactical priorities. Salary and Compensation US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
