In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. You will also install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, and other components, while ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and professionallyInstalling and repairing plumbing systems and fixturesCommunicating clearly and courteously with customers about their systems and solutionsPerforming safety and performance tests for each systemCompleting detailed service reports after each jobMaintaining accurate inventory levels on your service truck and ensuring all tools and materials are stocked and readyCollecting payments and ensuring customer satisfactionAdhering to safety regulations and company standards at all timesA strong emphasis is placed on customer service, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.
