Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams in managing scope, schedule, and budget for multiple mid‑sized projects within a dynamic GMP manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operational readiness for capital investments supporting Clinical and Commercial Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate activities across internal teams, including Engineering PMO, QA, Validation, Facilities, and Operations. Manage change controls and ensure compliance with GMP standards. Oversee equipment installations, software projects, and construction‑related capital projects. Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and communicate progress, risks, and status updates effectively. Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders; utilize MS Project for scheduling and cost control. Ensure alignment with corporate and global engineering PMO objectives. Compensation $65.00/hr to $85.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of hands‑on project management experience in GMP environments. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for aseptic manufacturing and cleanroom operations. Experience with capital projects and ability to read schedules/specifications. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and GMP Quality Systems tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Pharma/biopharma domain experience required.
