Medical Assistant/Certified Phlebotomy Technician

Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist Positions Position Summary: We are currently hiring a full‑time bilingual English/Spanish Nationally Certified Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to work in our Bronx‑based family medicine practice. Key Duties Process blood draws, collect specimens and process lab orders. Prepare examination rooms and equipment. Obtain vital signs, chief complaints, medical history and accurately record in medical records. Complete referrals and discharge patients. Assist providers and nurses during all aspects of exams. Assist provider with treatments. Schedule appointments, verify insurance and demographic information. Starting Compensation Minimum: $23.00/hour; Maximum: $23.00/hour + $1,500 differential pay per year. Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule Onsite in the Bronx, 40‑hour shift Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
