Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yrWe are looking for an analytically minded Specialist, Paid Search for Axial1 to assist with campaign execution across Paid SEM, YouTube and other Google Ads products. This role sits within the Performance Media team, partnering closely with leadership and peers across Paid Search to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results.You will have the opportunity to support Axial1’s multichannel strategy—both leaning into your core strengths and developing new areas of expertise. We are looking for smart, passionate and experienced professionals who want to be part of a company where they can play an influential role with both our clients and within the agency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Paid Search strategy and execution across Google and Microsoft ad platformsAssist multi‑channel digital media buying and planning through all steps of the planning process, from briefing to campaign creationCollaborate on day to day campaign budget pacing and performance across media portfolio – including bidding, copy and performance optimization recommendationsAssist with all aspects of campaign creation and management including forecasting, KPI setting, creative briefing, trafficking, and managing delivery timelinesContribute to weekly reporting, including insights and tactical recommendationsSupport ad‑hoc data analysis to drive optimization and testing recommendationsAssist with test planning processes, and campaign change trackingWork with analytics team to deliver holistic insights and campaign learningsAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment; very strong organizational and communication skills are a mustQualifications0-2 years experience working in Paid Search marketing; some experience executing campaigns in Paid Search ad platforms with focus on Google Ads products (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Discovery, GDN) is a plusKeen problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilitiesProfessional client communication, both written and verbalAbility to handle multiple projects and prioritise responsibilitiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailCurious, passionate about learning and data‑driven in decision makingMUST love and be curious about data analyticsSelf‑motivated, but also can work well in a teamKnowledgeable about ad tech: ad serving, audience management tools, ad taggingEnthusiasm for the future of brand and performance advertisingBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityCompany DescriptionAxial1 is a full‑service performance marketing firm that utilizes advanced analytics, powered by AI/ML, to activate all performance drivers and channels.
