Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction Omari Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to grow their career in construction management and work alongside experienced leaders. What You'll Do Support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project momentum. Review drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure accurate execution. Manage project documentation and reporting using Procore or similar tools. Participate in site visits, safety inspections, and team meetings. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in construction or project coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous learning.
