  • Schedule: PRN, Night Shift, 630pm-7am
    • 4 Shift levels to choose from between 36 hours and 108 hours per 6 week period
  • Hospital: Ascension St John Medical Center
  • Location: Tulsa, Ok
    • Will float to Broken Arrow, Sapulpa and Owasso for coverage

Responsibilities

Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.

  • Aid with movement and placement of patients.
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Document necessary records.
  • Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
  • 1 year of recent acute care/bedside CNA experience, or be enrolled in a Nursing program and have CNA experience
  • Must be willing and able to "float" to our sister facilities located in Broken Arrow, Owasso and Sapulpa
  • Once hired, you must be able to attend our mandatory 1 week onboarding class.  This class will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
