Citrix, Application Server, Web Server, Database Server etc.).• Facilitate resolution of customer issues by logging and verifying bugs/enhancements.• Performing on-site client work and troubleshooting, dial-in services and 24x7 beeper support as necessary to debug customer issues.• Experience in Java, J2EE with Web server experience (i.e. Apache webserver, IBM HTTP server, IIS).• Experience in Application server and Web services ( i.e. WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle Application Server).• Database experience( Oracle, SQL). Knowledge of LDAP or other security authentication systems a plus• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.• Experience in Order to Cash and\or Purchase to Pay concepts.• Analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Qualifications Basic:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent but should be from an accredited Institution/University. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology.** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
