Opportunity: 1200 births per year (750 of those births done by our Providers) 5 LDR Rooms; 4 with tubs 2 C-Section and 3 Labor Rooms Physician Office is connected to the hospital via sky bridge Roughly 50/50 OBGYN/GYN, open to 60/40 but wanting a good mix High Risk and Peds are transferred Longevity of staff, Docs / Nurses Current Practice: 4 OB/GYN Providers Senior OBGYN stopping call 2027; GYN Minor and office only 2 NPs Long time provider (30 years) stepping back and taking GYN only and stopping any new patients. Competing group lost OBGYN that was very OB heavy. Enter a well established practice Call is shared within the group so they would be 1 in 4 weekday / 1 in 8 weekend Transition to EPIC 18-24 months (Spring 2026) Davinci robot In February of 2020 we upgraded the Davinci so it is less than a year old. One of our current OB/GYN utilizes the robot. (DaVinci Xi) Compensation: Salary; Direct from training $375,000 / 3 or more years $400,000, productivity bonus potential Sign On; $50,000 EDU Debt Forgiveness; up to $150,000
