The Louisville, KY facility specializes in the assembly of automotive seats and seat structures. We assemble a complete seat for the Corvette & Navistar.

**Progressive Pay Rates

Start - $18/hr.

After 90 days - $19/hr.

After 6 months - $20.50/hr.**

**Job Responsibilities**

* The Seat Assembler is part of the Production department and reports to the Line Supervisor

* **Work as a team member on an a production line adding various components to the seat assembly**

* Assure Safety & Quality standards are followed at all times

* Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives

* Adhere to 5S and World Class Housekeeping standards

* Help to achieve team performance goals and objectives

* Identify and record any problems related to the product, process and quality system

* Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels

* Frequently required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands & arms

* **Repetitive gripping and dexterous use of hands**

* **Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.**

* Perform other duties as assigned

* Maintain a good work ethic, attitude, and attendance record

**Qualifications**

High School Diploma or GED required

One year of related automotive/warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Must be able to pass 10 Panel Drug Screen.
