Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Mentor for the following Acute Care areas: ICU, PCU, Medical and Surgical. This is a Part-Time, Nights (2 – 8 hr. shifts) role.

As a Clinical Mentor, you will develop expertise in training, coaching and mentoring staff through the promotion and delivery of high-quality nursing care. To help achieve our mission, you will orient, educate and develop nursing staff to ensure competence and ability to fulfill specified responsibilities. br/>Schedule: Part-time, Nights (2 – 8 hour shifts) Will also be required to work clinically on a home unit for 1-2 (12hours) per shift.Minimum Education Requirement: BSN (Bachelors Degree of Nursing) from an accredited school of nursing.
