Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition | US Staffing & Business Development Strategist | Team Builder | Client-Centric Talent Partner | Driving Scalable… We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Architect to lead medium to high-complexity Cloud Transformation and multi-country rollout integration projects. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, high-availability architectures and translating business requirements into robust Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, solution design expertise, and hands-on Oracle Cloud experience. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional and multi-technology solution design discussions. Develop or review integration strategies and technical specifications to ensure feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP architecture. Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams to ensure development and configuration activities meet business requirements. Provide solution options and recommendations for new system features that support strategic business goals. Leverage technology to drive competitive advantage through innovation and best practices. Define solution footprints for proposals, discovery sessions, and client workshops. Collaborate with project managers on project scoping, estimation, risk management, and delivery timelines. Mentor Leads and Analysts across the project team. Contribute to internal Oracle Cloud community initiatives, knowledge sharing, and solution development. Required Skills & Experience 9–13 years of hands‑on experience designing and developing solutions using Oracle Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS). Experience working on 5–6+ Oracle Cloud or multi‑pillar implementation projects. Strong background in designing end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud solutions, including third‑party integrations and boundary system impacts. Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration across key Oracle modules (primary/secondary modules to be defined by requestor). Strong consulting, business analysis, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Experience delivering in global or multi‑country environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing skills. Nice to Have Professional certifications (e.g., Agile Leadership Network, Agile Alliance). Familiarity with MS Project, PowerPoint, Jira, Rally, or other Agile collaboration tools. Additional functional or technical domain expertise (to be provided by requestor). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Two or more active Oracle Cloud Certifications, including Oracle Integration Cloud. Willingness to travel following a 3-4-5 delivery model.
