Come be a part of a wonderful team that takes pride in serving our senior residents $14.00 - $15.00 an hour, pay based on experience Full-Time 40 hours per week 8:00am to 4:30pm one holiday a year and every 5th or 6th weekend Part-Time 15 hours per week 8:00am to 1:00pm 3 days per week, one holiday a year and every 5th or 6th Responsibilities: Cleans furnishings, fixtures, ledges, windows, heating/cooling units, etc. by washing, dusting, or polishing as scheduled or assigned Cleans floors by sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping or damp/wet mopping as scheduled or assigned Empties trash, cleans trash receptacles and transports trash to proper area Reports burned out light bulbs, broken or defective equipment, other maintenance concerns, pest control problems and other unsafe or unsanitary conditions to supervisor Interacts positively with residents, family members, guests and personnel Follows all established policies, procedures and regulations to assure that quality resident care is maintained Communicates, coordinates and cooperates with other team members Maintains resident rights and confidentiality Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous Housekeeping and/or Laundry experience in long term care preferred; positive attitude BENEFITS* Medical insurance with free virtual doctor visits Vision and dental insurance Paid Time off that accrues immediately Paid Holidays Life insurance Retirements Savings with a 401(k) or 403(b) with company match Get access to 50% of your wages before pay day through PayActiv Employee sponsored fund for employees in need Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Assistance *Some benefits are based on hours worked Apply today and begin a meaningful career as a Housekeeper at Otterbein
