The Role: We’re on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic Surge Tech to join our high-energy day shift team. In this vital role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operating room, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll assist our talented surgeons, prep and maintain the operating environment, and help ensure our patients receive the best care possible. And, to show our appreciation for your expertise, we’re offering a generous signing bonus

What You’ll Do:

Be the Surgeon's Right-Hand: Pass instruments and supplies with precision during surgical procedures.
Master the OR: Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring a sterile and efficient environment before, during, and after surgeries.
Gear Up for Success: Ensure all surgical equipment is fully sterilized and operational.
Team Up: Work seamlessly with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Stay Sharp: Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
Certification: Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technology Certification within 6 months of hire.
Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
Composure: Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
