Job Description
">- Provide leadership in the absence of the General Manager and assist with store operations.
- Review business results and plan for improvement to increase profitability.
- Ensure all team members are providing exceptional customer service by executing the PMG training plan and conducting hands-on training.
- Supervise daily task assignments and performance for associates and assist with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Key Qualifications
">- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
