Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Special Exceptions Engineer to join their team. As a Special Exceptions Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting the Infotainment and Truck App Portal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

 

Job Title: Special Exceptions Engineer

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $ 58-63/hr (W2 Contract)

 

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and maintain functional and HMI specifications for infotainment and truck app portal features.
  • Conduct thorough verification and validation testing, ensuring system functionality and quality.
  • Support production facilities and test instances, providing technical expertise and troubleshooting.
  • Manage project timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver projects on schedule.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in writing functional and HMI specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
