SAP Technical Transformation Project Leader (Cincinnati, OH) Procter & Gamble’s U.S. Business Services Company is seeking a SAP Technical Transformation Project Leader to define, document, drive, report, and manage infrastructure improvement projects as a delivery leader, and manage operational acceptance of solutions deployed into production. The role maintains tight linkage with the SAP Center of Excellence Team, Cloud Operations and SCPT programs for future development of tools and technology improvements. You will implement enterprise‑class platform transformations for all SAP environments and on‑premise tools/platforms, lead budgeting and execution of infrastructure service projects in a safe, documented manner, and serve as liaison between GBS Service Lines, Operations, InfoSec, IT Governance, Engineering, SAP CTE, and Cloud Ops to align platform needs with strategy, security policies and business objectives. The position includes platform evolution, sunsetting duplicates, driving automation, ensuring rapid change management and release to operations, enabling new technology, supervising project teams, managing escalated issues, communicating with the project board, and supporting domestic travel (30%) and international travel (15%). Local telecommuting is permitted up to two days per week. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience with SAP product components and platforms, including application development, deployment and service operations. Minimum of 5 years in IT Project Management or a related position. Experience leading medium to large SAP infrastructure initiatives and programs: managing schedules, budgets, timelines, providing technical guidance and resolving issues. Proven track record of leading SAP Cloud Migration projects and upgrades in a multicultural global environment. Hands‑on knowledge of multiple SAP components such as ECC, BW, HANA, BW4HANA, XI, APO, SRM, BOBJ, BODS, JAVA portal, GTS, FSCM, MDG, and Solution Manager, as well as front‑end tools. Strong SAP Basis skills: Change Management, Support packs, RFC/QRFC/TRFC, System refreshes, monitoring, performance management, SAP Client maintenance and administration. Effective communication skills, including training, presentations, and stakeholder engagement at all corporate IT levels. Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, business partners and technical teams on complex cloud migration projects across continents. Experience with SCRUM, Agile, and DevOps methodologies and understanding of ITIL and cyber‑security mitigation techniques. Capability to train and mentor junior project managers. All successful candidates must pass a technical interview in the SAP Basis space and meet P&G’s hiring standards, including an online evaluation and two PEAK interviews. Job Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $132,200.00 – $198,400.00 per year. Total rewards include base salary, potential bonus, and company benefits.
