You’ll work at the intersection of innovation, regulation and client experience—helping to unlock new growth opportunities for the business and its clients. As a Product Management Director, you will be a commercial, strategic and execution‑focused product manager supporting the growth strategy of DTCC’s Wealth business. You will shape and deliver innovative solutions that drive adoption and growth of our wealth products, including mutual funds, insurance and alternatives/private markets. Your Primary Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap definition: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, including identifying market trends, client needs and regulatory developments to inform product strategy. Build commercial models and business cases to substantiate the strategy. Growth Strategy Development & Client/Market Engagement: Represent the business with clients and the market, synthesize client feedback to inform product roadmap, support marketing and communications efforts, assess new opportunities and develop strategic programmes for growth. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external partners and vendors, serving as a primary liaison between DTCC and its clients as well as internal teams (technology, operations, legal/compliance and client office). Product Development & Delivery: Lead end‑to‑end product development lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to testing, launch and post‑launch optimisation. Operational Enablement: Partner with Operations and Technology to streamline workflows and ensure scalable, resilient infrastructure. Support strategy to integrate alternatives products into the firm’s broader wealth platform and client systems. Risk & Compliance: Ensure all product initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk standards. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks associated with alternative products. Qualifications 10‑15 years of experience in product management or business development, preferably within wealth management, asset management or financial infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus. Talents Needed for Success Strong understanding of or experience working in market infrastructure, including the private markets space (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, real assets) and the associated operational ecosystem. Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives and deliver results in a matrixed environment. Experience building production‑grade products, familiarity with blockchain infrastructure. Exceptional communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills; ability to articulate a vision in written, verbal and presentation materials. Experience working with or alongside DTCC or similar financial market infrastructure providers is highly desirable but not a must. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
