This role involves working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm. The position qualifies for full-time benefits, except for short-term disability, and offers 12-hour shifts paid as 16 hours.Key Responsibilities:Review patient data and determine contraindications for MRI exams.Perform MRI procedures and daily quality assurance.Educate patients about procedures and equipment.Ensure patient safety and comfort.Report equipment malfunctions and maintain high equipment uptime.Process billing via RIS.Mentor new hires and students.Minimum Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Registered with ARRT in appropriate modality or equivalent certification.Within one year of hire, obtain MRI certification.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.Preferred Qualifications:One year of radiologic or imaging experience.Learn more about our benefits: https://jobs.clevelandclinic.org/benefits-2/Physical Requirements:Standing and walking for extended periods.Lifting or assisting with patients and equipment up to 75 pounds.Personal Protective Equipment: Use PPE as required.Pay Range: Salaries vary; discuss specifics during the interview process.Additional Details:Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: OtherIndustry: Hospitals and Healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr
