Chief of Staff/BizOps Manager, Amazon Prime Video, Studios TechnologyJob ID: 3129232 | Amazon.com Services LLCWe are seeking a results driven individual to be the Chief of Staff and Business Operations Leader for the Content & Partner Lifecycle (CPL) organization in Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios. This role reports to the VP of CPL and will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, as well as key partners in PR, finance, recruiting, and HR. You will operate as a strategic partner and force multiplier driving organizational effectiveness across an organization of ~3000 employees. This role will drive initiatives across Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, working directly with senior leadership to support the delivery of high-quality content that Amazon customers love.Key job responsibilitiesSupport annual operating plan (OP1/OP2) development and execution for CPL, working with senior leaders in Seattle and Los Angeles to set strategy and prioritiesDrive business planning processes and monitor performance against goals through regular business reviewsDesign and implement employee engagement strategies that cultivate a positive, open, and innovative cultureDevelop and lead internal communications across the global organizationEstablish standardized protocols and procedures, track outcomes, and identify areas of opportunity for employee engagement and retentionPartner with PR, finance, recruiting, and HR on org related planning and initiativesEarn trust with key stakeholders across Prime Video Core Tech and partner teams by diving deep into business challenges and partnering on solutionsDevelop and manage employee-focused meetings and events that come from the executives officeInterface with peer business managers and senior leaders across the studios and production spaceBasic Qualifications7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experienceExperience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience owning program strategy and end to end deliveryExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience defining and executing program requirementsPreferred QualificationsExperience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and qualityExperience in the entertainment industryExperience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level7+ years of working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite) experienceExperience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiencyExperience using data analysis to drive business decisionsExperience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as TableauAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market.
