Job Summary1.0 FTERequirements / QualificationsTRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited school in a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Program. Two years of COTA experience preferred. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver's license; provide personal automobile and proof of insurance; pass the employee entrance evaluation (lifting test); valid registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.8 hours 5 days a week M-F 12 months NOTE: Three references are required when applying for this position.
