Associate Director of Strategy & OperationsThe Associate Director of Strategy & Operations will drive day-to-day activities across our set of strategic priorities. This role requires a diversity of talents, including engaging a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, providing communications to leadership and broader audiences, analyzing our results, and tracking progress on specific initiatives as part of the effort. Role will work with a cross-functional group responsible for operating model improvements, product development, people, and finance. This role reports to the VP of Strategy & Operations.PayBase pay range: $142,866.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr. Learn more about CCC at www.cccis.com.Key ResponsibilitiesSet the pace for our corporate prioritiesCo-author Roadmaps, KPIs, and dashboards that we use to drive forward our strategic initiativesMonitor progress on the various Roadmaps to ensure progress/completion, escalate issues, and identify potential risksEngage in a weekly cadence with various leaders who own each Roadmap to ensure progress against the RoadmapsWork with a cross-functional group of individuals to ensure clarity and transparency on expectations and requirements of the program that we are buildingDirectly drive critical enablers of the effort, such as hiring efforts, AI activities roll outs, and financial understandingProvide ad-hoc support for various initiatives as requiredDetermine and track impact for our strategic initiativesEstablish a set of metrics and KPIs that will determine success for the overarching set of corporate priorities; measure these metrics over timeProvide input into setting targets for the various KPIs we track across the programDevelop a set of reports and dashboards (near-term XLS; longer-term PowerBI or similar) to determine if we are on/off-track for our initiativesDeep dive on select metrics to perform root cause analysis where progressing is challengingDrive our communication planWrite a communication plan for keeping the broader organization informed of strategy and operations-related activitiesPlan for and support running of major events, including major announcements, offsites, and leadership meetingsDevelop and deliver communication materials in a variety of formats, including leadership updates and town hallsRequirements5 years in strategy consulting with exposure to a range of topics, especially strategy, operations, transformation, operating model, communicationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferredProven track record of driving results in large scale change programs, including development of opportunities and measurable resultsExperience in working closely with a cross-functional team to achieve goals, including 1:1 working and presenting with large groupsExperience with KPI tracking and monitoring; analysis in XLS required; PowerBI or more advanced reporting preferredLeadership AttributesAbility to lead and work across a cross-functional team of senior leadersA go-getter with a growth mindset—intellectually curious, business-savvy, and continuously learningA problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a “get-it-done” mentality, comfortable operating from strategy to executionA collaborative team player who builds trust and drives shared successA clear and confident communicator with presence and influenceAbout CCC's Commitment to EmployeesCCC Intelligent Solutions understands that our employees play an integral role in our vision to shape a world where life just works.
