Apply for the Network Engineer - Sr Network Engineer role at Atmos Energy. Minimum 4 years of enterprise networking experience. Strong experience in Cisco-based routing and switching (on-premise). Experience with Cisco controller-based wireless networking (preferred). Azure networking capabilities: VNet design, ExpressRoute, NSGs, VPN Gateways, Azure Firewall. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Azure Network Watcher. Soft Skills & Attributes Curious and self-motivated. Growth mindset and eagerness to learn. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive, dependable, and self-driven. Certifications (Preferred) Cisco (CCNA, CCNP). Microsoft Azure networking such as AZ-700. Primary Duties Design, install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware and software. Manage deployment, integration, and configuration of network solutions. Research, plan, and document network architecture and policies. Plan and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes. Create and manage reports on network usage and availability. Provide guidance on network incidents, outages, and support. Develop training documentation for end users and IT staff. Develop technical documentation for IT staff, management, and Enterprise Architecture. Educational & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) and at least three years of networking experience.
