We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at UHS Senior Living at Ideal in Endicott, NY.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with occupational therapy services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and reliable clinical documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Possession of a NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as an occupational therapist.
- CPR certification within the first 3 months of employment.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $33.57 - $51.39 per hour, depending on experience.
