Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Configuration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring payroll and benefits systems, with a specific focus on changing deductions and generating reports on these changes. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll processing and effective benefits administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Configuration: Adjust and configure payroll settings to reflect new or modified deductions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Benefits Configuration: Manage and update benefits settings, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Deduction Management: Implement changes to employee deductions, such as health insurance premiums, retirement contributions, and other voluntary deductions.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to track and display changes in deductions, providing clear and detailed information to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits configurations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits configuration.
