QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of invoicing experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills with multiple programs such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, Email, Adobe etc.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing databases and payment systems
- Verifying client information
- Listing down the due amount and itemized account of goods and services
- Charging accurate tax
- Deducting discounts
- Creating invoice packages with supporting back up documentation, such as vendor bills, manifests, and spill reports
- Branch invoicing support
- Open Invoice reports with detailed notes
- May assist with other administrative activities as needed
