Civil Designer / Drafter - Cleveland / Akron, Ohio - JOB #24-00014

Salary Range: $50K to $75K Permanent Position w/ Benefits

Growing Civil & Environmental Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Civil / Architectural Designer / Drafter who has AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil and/or Microstation CAD to assist engineers and landscape
architects in the development of construction plans for trails, roadways, sidewalks, and active transportation projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have an Associate degree, a Technical Degree or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 or more years of hands-on Design / Drafting experience.

Preferred Candidate would have some experience in the design / drafting of walking trails and/or multi-modal transportation (movement of people or goods) to include: walking, cycling, automobile, public transit, roads, railways or the motivation to learn this specialty.

Candidate should have experience with Civil / Architectural Design and Drafting utilizing AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil and/or Microstation CAD.

Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word Excel...

Candidate must be well organized to maintain documentation and able to communicate ideas verbally and in writing easily and confidently.
