See our impressive benefits package for more information.Location: Chelmsford, MAA short 27 miles from Boston, our office is centrally located just south of the confluence of US Route 3, Route 495, and the Lowell Connector, with a stop along the MBTA’s Lowell bus route 15, and a short drive from the Lowell and Billerica commuter rail stops. This office is located along the developing Route 129 corridor in Chelmsford.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage transportation engineering projects from inception to completionDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor and manage resources to complete projects in accordance with the contract, scope of services, budget, and schedule. Efficiently and effectively use Deltek and other management toolsLead and assemble a qualified project team to successfully complete complex projects or challenging client deliverables on time and within budgetProvide superior client service by responding to needs and understanding concernsProvide technical expertise and guidance to team membersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelinesAchieve excellent financial performance for Hoyle TannerMaintain and foster team engagement and satisfaction in completing project tasks and collaborating with subconsultants and other disciplinesResolve team personnel conflicts in conjunction with supervisorsLead efforts in pursuit of potential projects and the development of technical and price proposalsPromptly invoice for services rendered and advocate for outstanding accounts receivableMonitor product quality and ensure a quality management plan is developed with roles defined accordinglyKeep Principal-In-Charge informed of potential claims or contract risks as they arise and collaborate on resolution strategies as neededProvide coaching, mentoring and feedback to other project managersIf you are a highly motivated and experienced transportation engineering professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
