What You’ll Be Doing Lead the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for the Generative AI platform. Ensure the platform delivers simplicity and differentiation while enabling developers to harness the full potential of Generative AI technologies. Work across the company—including product marketing, sales, and engineering—to influence and align stakeholders on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure teams are aligned and committed to delivering the best product for our developer community. Identify new opportunities for product innovation and areas of investment that will delight our customers and grow our platform’s capabilities. Leverage deep customer insights to drive product decisions and continuously enhance the AI/ML experience. Directly interact with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improving their experience with our Generative AI platform. Ensure customer needs are met with high‑quality, effective product solutions. Actively lead and participate in all phases of product management, including quarterly planning, P&L data analysis, and weekly product reviews. Help prioritize features, define key objectives, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Support executive leadership with clear roadmap prioritization, data‑driven proposals, and business case development. Simplify decision‑making processes by providing insights that drive impactful product outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of experienced Product Managers. Help develop and grow the next generation of leadership for the organization, ensuring that your team operates at a high level and achieves their career goals. Champion best practices in product management, improving consistency, accelerating delivery cadence, and supporting organizational growth as we continue to innovate and scale our Generative AI platform. What We'll Expect From You Leadership experience in product management or engineering, with a track record of running a large business or product unit within a cloud‑centric infrastructure. Experience working in AI/ML product portfolios is highly preferred. Deep technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, AI infrastructure, and applications. Experience working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. A customer‑first mindset with experience directly interacting with external customers. You understand how to create products that address real‑world problems, driving customer success and satisfaction. Ability to lead through ambiguity, build compelling visions, and align cross‑functional teams to execute on a shared goal. You have experience handling complex, technical product decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Proven leadership in managing high‑performing teams. You’re passionate about coaching and developing talent, helping your product managers grow into the next generation of leaders. Experience with financial and business case modeling, including P&L analysis, roadmap prioritization, and business case development. You understand how to align product decisions with broader business objectives. Demonstrated success in agile product development and delivery. You thrive in fast‑moving environments and can balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly, influencing stakeholders and keeping teams aligned with the vision and strategy. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance. An MSc or MBA is a plus. The salary range for this position is based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.
