Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in Cloud GTM, sourcing specialized, passive talent for technical GTM roles (Sales, Solution Architects) within cloud ecosystems (e.g., GCP or similar). Certification in professional cloud/sourcing. Expertise in advanced sourcing tools, talent market mapping, and leveraging metrics to inform and optimize hiring strategy. Excellent communication and consultative skills to influence executive‑level candidates and advise GTM hiring leaders on talent supply. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $88,000–$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Collaborate with Go‑to‑Market (GTM) leaders to define required cloud skills and anticipate future talent demands. Conduct deep research to map the competitive talent landscape across the cloud ecosystem. Engage and source passive talent using innovative channels. Screen candidates for technical cloud expertise, GTM alignment, and cultural fit. Track sourcing metrics and deliver market intelligence (including compensation trends) to inform strategy.
