Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have At least 6 months to 1-year of experience working in a similar position with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service. Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service.

Availability and Scheduling:

Saturday and Sunday availability required.

Responsibilities/Job Functions:

  • Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards
  • Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, saute food items in the kitchen
  • Uses knife skills to chop, slice cut a variety of food items
  • May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, Dish
  • May assist in putting away food delivery items into appropriate storage areas (freezer, refrigerator, dry storage)
  • Completes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
  • Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
  • Serve Safe certification a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Experiencia y calificaciones:

Buscamos candidatos que tengan al menos 6 meses a 1 ao de experiencia trabajando en un puesto similar con una concentracin en el servicio de alimentos y bebidas de alto volumen. Debe tener una personalidad amistosa, una slida tica de trabajo, capacidad para trabajar bien con los dems, excelentes habilidades de comunicacin, pasin por la hospitalidad, dedicacin al servicio al cliente y la voluntad de hacer un esfuerzo adicional para superar nuestros estndares de satisfaccin de los huspedes y comida, ccteles y Servicio.

Disponibilidad y programacin:

Se prefiere la disponibilidad abierta y flexible, listo para comenzar a entrenar lo antes posible. Buscando todos los candidatos con una combinacin de Noches / Fines de semana.

Responsabilidades / Funciones laborales:

Prepara alimentos de acuerdo con las especificaciones de recetas y los estndares del restaurante.
Utiliza equipo de cocina para frer, asar, saltear alimentos en la cocina.
Utiliza habilidades de cuchillo para picar, cortar en rodajas una variedad de alimentos
Puede ayudar en otras reas de la cocina cuando sea necesario, como preparacin, limpieza,
Puede ayudar a guardar los artculos de entrega de alimentos en reas de almacenamiento apropiadas (congelador, refrigerador, almacenamiento en seco)
Realiza tareas de reabastecimiento, limpieza y apertura / cierre.
Completa otras tareas asignadas por el lder / gerente
Servir la certificacin Safe como un plus
Bilinge ingls / espaol es una ventaja
