Vice President of Survey and MappingKEITH is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to assume the role of Vice President of Survey and Mapping for our Geospatial group. As a key leadership position, the VP of Survey and Mapping is responsible for overseeing all geospatial operations within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data. The VP will lead a team of surveyors and mapping specialists, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to support the company's goals. A Professional Surveyor and Mapper license is a requirement for this role, and the ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strategic vision to drive our surveying and mapping initiatives forward.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Lead and manage the survey and mapping team, providing guidance, training, and support.Develop and implement strategic plans for survey and mapping operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Technology Integration:Stay abreast of the latest surveying and mapping technologies and software.Implement cutting-edge tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.Quality Assurance:Oversee the quality control process for surveying and mapping data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Implement best practices to enhance data accuracy and reliability.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that all surveying and mapping activities comply with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and advocate for compliance within the team.Client Relations:Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.Provide regular updates on project progress and address client concerns in a timely and professional manner.Team Leadership:Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for surveying and mapping team members.Qualifications:Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license in Florida is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in surveying and mapping, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in using industry-standard surveying and mapping software and technologies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We offer competitive benefits, including:100% PAID Medical, Dental, and VisionEmployer matched 401K - 100% Vested on Day 1 of contributionPaid Parental leave and Life InsurancePTO, Holidays, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
