NOW HIRING: Maintenance Electrician / PLC Technician - Conover, NC We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician with strong experience in industrial maintenance to join our team in Conover, NC. If you have experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, working with 3-phase, AC/DC, and wiring schematics up to 460V, and performing preventative maintenance, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:
•Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment
•Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
•Maintain and repair control panels, motors, fuses, conductors, relays, and proximity switches
•Work with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
•Use power and hand tools safely and effectively
•Keep accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
•Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtimeWhat We're Looking For:
•5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with an electrical focus
•Expertise in 3-phase, AC/DC, and wiring schematics up to 460V
•Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
•Computer proficiency (MS Office, Dropbox)
•Welding and plumbing experience is a plusWhy Work Here?
