Vice President of Sales, West Company: Cleerly, Inc. Cleerly has created a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Their technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks. Why You Should Join Us This is a VP of Sales role in the Western US area. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at hospitals, practices, and imaging service providers. Additionally, this role will oversee clinical account managers, ensuring alignment with sales goals and customer satisfaction. Territory Any major metro in the Western U.S., from TX westward. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and clinical account managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, practices, and imaging service providers. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives, practice administrators, and imaging service providers. Sales Operations: Collaborate with Commercial Operations to include forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, to ensure efficient and effective sales processes. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless customer experiences. Training and Development: Work with Field Service Training Director to implement ongoing training programs for sales teams and clinical account managers to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement. Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and maintain Cleerly's competitive edge. What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry. Experience must include Cardiology or Radiology. Both are preferred. Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on hospitals, practices, and imaging service providers. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and sales strategies. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Perks of the Job Compensation Base: $264,000 - $290,000 Variable: $200,000 Total Income: $464,000 - $490,000 OTE; *Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.).
