With a focus on holistic wellness, they offer a range of services, including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, memory care, and outpatient therapy. Dedicated to supporting seniors at every stage of life, The Brothers of Mercy fosters a community that prioritizes well-being and personalized care. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Clarence Center, NY, for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director will lead all HR operations, including developing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management programs, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. This role will also involve creating strategies to support employee engagement, addressing workplace challenges, and maintaining a collaborative organizational culture. Qualifications Expertise in Human Resources, including workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies. Experience in creating and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals. Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management, with the ability to foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) is a plus.
