**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

+ Assist with patient clinic visits, taking vital signs, obtaining medical history, and preparing patients for exams.

+ Perform or assist with patient care procedures, diagnostic tests, and clinical procedures within the scope of LPN licensure.

+ Administer medications per written provider orders and track medication usage.

+ Document patient care interactions and procedures in the electronic medical record.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications:**

+ Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

+ One year of LPN work experience in a clinic setting OR two years of acute care LPN work experience preferred.

+ Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

+ Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.

+ Commitment to providing patient-centered care.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Pay Range**

$26.52 - $37.90 /hour
