Job Summary:
The Janitor at Napleton Cadillac in Oak Lawn, Illinois is an integral role within the organization. This part-time position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the dealership. The individual in this role will ensure that the facility is clean and presentable at all times, providing a positive and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Janitor position at Napleton Auto Group National Dealership offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $15 to $18 per hour. In addition, this is a part-time position with weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the dealership in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure all areas of the dealership, including but not limited to the showroom, offices, restrooms, and common areas, are consistently clean and free of debris
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean and sanitize surfaces; and empty trash and recycling bins on a regular basis
- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products, as needed
- Notify management of any necessary repairs or maintenance needed within the facility
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, as needed
- Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees
- Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness is always maintained

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays, as needed
