If you want to have a hands-on global impact on payment solutions, we want you to join our team as our Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician in our CPI Williston, SC facility, WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of task related to production, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.This role will require collaboration with other team members to ensure a consistent high level of quality and productivity. Maintains and services a manufacturing facility mechanical equipment, control systems, power distribution systems, and HVAC systems. Performs preventative maintenance and routine repairs to systems and equipment Conducts periodic safety and maintenance inspections to evaluate equipment for replacement and identify wear and damage Use technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to install, troubleshoot, fabricate guarding, racks, tables, lifts throughout facility Order parts needed to replacement and coordinates with service providers to complete maintenance tasks Use work orders to track and document activities Follow established safety procedures and regulations for hazardous materials handling WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma or equivalent; 5years experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in general maintenance, including knowledge of hydraulic pumps, foam equipment, pneumatic equipment, chillers, and air compressors Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations Familiarity with basic computer programs for record keeping Applicants MUST be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Personal Attributes Customer Service Orientation:You are driven by the desire to serve the customer and focused on responding promptly to project team needs Teamwork and Diversity: Approachable and willing to follow or lead based on the team's needs Decision Making and Results: Display a sense of urgency and a timely decision maker.A reputation for making quality decisions and sticking to them Ethics and Transparency: Always honest and can be trusted with sensitive information Intellectual Capital: Your writing is concise and descriptive, and you believe it is necessary to "overcommunicate" project status/updates Job Knowledge/Technical Skills: You have the knowledge of a manufacturing process.Able to easily identify waste within a process.Able to apply process controls to correct abnormalities Leadership: You are good at negotiating win-win solutions.You allow others to express themselves and try to understand others before expressing self Continuous Improvement Mindset:You have passion for continuous improvements and are always seeking a better way to do things..
