The group is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Attorney to join their leading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing legal counsel on a wide range of employee benefits and compensation matters, with a focus on advising both employers and high-level executives.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance on employee benefit plans, including retirement, health, and welfare plans.
  • Advise clients on executive compensation packages, equity incentives, and deferred compensation arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, severance packages, and executive contracts.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and compliance requirements in the field of employee benefits and executive compensation.
  • Represent clients in disputes, litigation, or regulatory matters related to employee benefits and compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
