Position Overview: We're seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing team as Licensed or Unlicensed Life Insurance Agents. This is a commission-based, 1099 opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You’ll help families find affordable coverage options through a simplified sales process — either over the phone or via virtual appointments — with full training and mentorship provided. Responsibilities: Contact warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling required). Conduct virtual or phone appointments with clients to assess their needs. Match clients with suitable insurance products (Life, Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, etc.). Maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Attend team trainings and participate in personal/professional growth opportunities. Qualifications: No experience required – full training provided. Life Insurance License (preferred but not required). Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain one (we assist with licensing). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Must be able to work independently and remotely. Commission-based pay (average first-year earnings: $60K–$120K+ depending on performance).
