The goal is to provide patients/residents with the highest practical level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being and quality of life. Services are provided in accordance with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, and standards of care. Position Highlights*Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote and protect patient/resident rights and well-being.
