**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Ability to strap down and maintain quality control and to organize workload for maximum effectiveness on a flatbed

* Ability to represent the company in a customer-friendly and positive manner

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

* Strong detail orientation and understanding of safe work processes and procedures

* Ability to be an effective team member

**Basic Qualifications:**

* Must be 18 years and older

* At least 6 months experience as a truck driver

* Valid Class A, B or C Driver License

* Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)

* Strong knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations

* No recent moving or driving violations

* Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc).
