Im Fokus stehen Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation, CoreHR sowie unternehmensübergreifende HR-Standards. Die Rolle bietet internationale Projekte, hohe Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und vollständige Remote-Flexibilität. Deine Aufgaben End-to-End-Verantwortung für mindestens zwei SuccessFactors-Module Durchführung von Design-Thinking-Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen gemeinsam mit HR, IT und Management Erstellung von Prozessmodellen, globalen Templates und Rollout-Konzepten Konfiguration und Customizing der SF-Module inklusive Permission Handling, Data Model und Workflows Steuerung externer Implementierungspartner sowie globaler Projektteams Sicherstellung reibungsloser Integrationen zu HCM, Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft und weiteren Drittsystemen Erstellung von Teststrategien, Defect-Management und Go-Live-Support Beratung zu HR-Prozessstandards, Compliance, Datenschutz und Security Aufbau von Governance-Strukturen, globalen Playbooks und HR-Templates Dein Profil Tiefgehende Erfahrung in mindestens einem bis zwei SuccessFactors-Modulen wie Recruiting, Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding, Performance oder Compensation Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner HR-Prozesse und Employee Journeys Erfahrung in internationalen Systemlandschaften sowie globalen Rollouts Sicher im Durchführen von Anforderungsanalysen, Workshops und Stakeholder-Steuerung Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz Vorteilhaft sind Zertifizierungen in SuccessFactors-Modulen Das wird geboten 30 Tage Urlaub Internationale HR-IT-Projekte Arbeitgeberfinanzierte Altersvorsorge Weiterbildungs- und Zertifizierungsangebote Jobrad-Leasing und attraktive Mobilitätsangebote Gesundheitsangebote wie Sport-Zuschüsse, Gesundheitsbudget oder digitale Gesundheitsplattform Moderne, wertschätzende Projekt- und Unternehmenskultur Interesse geweckt?
