Job Title: Marketing Manager - Marketing Manager III Location: Seattle, WA Job Description: We are seeking a self-motivated and strategic Marketing Project Manager / Program Manager (L5) to lead key initiatives that scale localized marketing across our national footprint. In this role, you will take full ownership of cross-functional projects that support regional marketing execution‑partnering with central product teams to build a self‑service portal, developing repeatable templates for in‑office materials, and managing physical marketing experiences in new and existing sites. The desired candidate will be a builder and a problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, works well with a wide range of stakeholders, and has a strong bias for action. You'll work closely with Go‑to‑Market (GTM), Regional Operations, Real Estate, Brand, and especially central product teams to bring scalable marketing tools and processes to life. Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional initiatives to enable regional marketing at scale. Partner with central product teams to define requirements and support the build of a self‑service portal that enables field and regional teams to access marketing assets and tools. Develop and maintain templates and toolkits for in‑office marketing materials, including signage and launch collateral. Own and streamline the in‑office marketing implementation process, from site launches to product offering updates. Serve as a single‑threaded owner across marketing programs, driving timelines, communication, and deliverables end‑to‑end. Collaborate with stakeholders across GTM, Regional Operations, Product, Real Estate, Brand, and Public Policy to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Identify opportunities to invent, simplify, and automate workflows-building processes that are scalable, repeatable, and user‑friendly. Track and report on project milestones, blockers, and business impact. Preferred Skills Highly self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear, confident, and concise communication skills‑able to manage multiple stakeholders and influence without authority. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira). Experience in healthcare, tech, or operational/physical site environments is a plus. Experience with client and its internal tools (Coupa, ContractCentral). Experience Required 5 years of experience in marketing project or program management, ideally within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements and support tool development. Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes. Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for building efficient systems and new processes from scratch. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
